Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy governs conduct on the CSS website, in CSS communities, and in CSS AI tools. All users agree to this policy as a condition of access.
7.1. RESPECTFUL CONDUCT
CSS is built for sorority women supporting each other's careers. All users will:
Treat other users with respect and professionalism
Engage in constructive, on-topic discussion
Respect differences of opinion, background, identity, and experience
Maintain confidentiality of community discussions and member information
7.2. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
You may not, and will not allow any third party to:
Harassment and Abuse
Harass, threaten, intimidate, or abuse other users
Use hateful, discriminatory, or harassing language based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, age, or any other protected characteristic
Engage in stalking, doxxing, or sharing other users' personal information without consent
Illegal or Harmful Content
Post or distribute illegal content
Post or distribute content that infringes intellectual property rights
Post defamatory, libelous, or false content
Post sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise inappropriate content
Spam and Commercial Misuse
Use CSS communities for unsolicited commercial promotion, MLM recruiting, or affiliate marketing
Send unsolicited messages to other members
Promote your own coaching, courses, services, or competing offerings to CSS members
Use CSS communities to poach members for outside services
Misrepresentation
Impersonate CSS, its founders, staff, or any other person or organization
Create fake accounts or use false identities
Misrepresent your qualifications, affiliations, or experience
Technical Misuse
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to CSS systems, accounts, or networks
Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code
Scrape, crawl, or harvest content from the Site or community
Interfere with the operation of CSS services or other users' experience
Use bots, scripts, or other automation without permission
Intellectual Property Misuse
Reproduce, share, distribute, or resell CSS Materials
Share login credentials, account access, or password-protected content with non-members
Teach, train, or commercialize the CSS Method, BID Method, or any CSS framework without written permission
Input CSS Materials into any third-party AI tool (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, custom GPTs, or similar) for any purpose
7.3. ENFORCEMENT
CSS reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
Remove any content that violates this Policy
Issue warnings to users for first or minor violations
Suspend access for repeat or serious violations
Terminate accounts and revoke memberships for severe violations or repeat offenses, without refund
Pursue legal action for unlawful conduct or intellectual property infringement
Report violations to law enforcement when warranted
7.4. REPORTING VIOLATIONS
If you observe conduct that violates this Policy, report it to CorporateSororitySister@gmail.com. Include as much detail as possible (screenshots, links, usernames, times). CSS will review reports and take appropriate action.
7.5. NO RIGHT TO APPEAL
CSS enforcement decisions are at our sole discretion. Suspended or terminated accounts have no right to appeal, no right to refund, and no right to access community content or AI tools.
7.6. FULL TERMS
This Policy supplements the CSS Terms of Service and CSS Master Purchase Terms. The Master Purchase Terms govern in case of conflict.
