Welcome to Corporate Sorority Sister ("CSS," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website CorporateSororitySister@gmail.com, all related subdomains, and any related content, applications, or services we provide (collectively, the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1.1. WHO WE ARE

Corporate Sorority Sister LLC is an Arkansas limited liability company providing career education, translation training, and resources to sorority women. We are not a licensed career counseling, recruiting, employment placement, legal, financial, or psychological service.

1.2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account, make a purchase, or enter into a binding agreement with CSS. By using the Site, you represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction. CSS reserves the right to refuse service to any user at its sole discretion.

1.3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

Some features of the Site require registration. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration

  • Maintain the security of your password and login credentials

  • Promptly notify CSS of any unauthorized access to your account

  • Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

CSS may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

1.4. PURCHASES AND SERVICES

Purchases made through CSS are governed by the CSS Master Purchase Terms, available at CorporateSororitySister@gmail.com/master-purchase-terms. By completing any purchase, you agree to the Master Purchase Terms in addition to these Terms of Service.

1.5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, frameworks, methodologies, AI tool outputs, and software, is the property of Corporate Sorority Sister LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Protected CSS property includes, without limitation:

  • The CSS Method (CLAIM Your Brand, SHAPE Your Story, SHOW Your Value)

  • The BID Method

  • The 200+ Sorority Role Translation Database

  • Sister Chat and any associated AI tools

  • "Corporate Sorority Sister" name, logo, and visual marks

  • "Career Haul" newsletter name and content

  • "Sorority to CEO" program and curriculum

  • All written, video, and audio content; presentations; workbooks; and templates

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, sell, or create derivative works from any CSS content without our express written permission. The full intellectual property terms are set forth in the CSS Master Purchase Terms and apply to all users of the Site.

1.6  INDEPENDENCE AND NON-AFFILIATION

Corporate Sorority Sister LLC is an independently owned and operated business. CSS is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, certified by, partnered with, or associated with any sorority, fraternity, national sorority organization, the National Panhellenic Conference (NPC), any specific Greek letter organization, or any sorority's governing body, headquarters, council, or foundation.

Any references in CSS content to sororities, sorority experiences, sorority leadership, recruitment, chapter operations, or Greek life are made in CSS's independent commercial capacity. Such references are not made on behalf of, under the authority of, or with the endorsement of any sorority or national organization.

Members of any sorority who engage with CSS do so in their personal capacity as individuals, not as representatives of their organization. Their engagement with CSS does not constitute organizational endorsement of CSS by their sorority.

1.7  ORIGINAL INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY 

All CSS frameworks, methodologies, content, training materials, AI tool instructions, role translations, databases, and other intellectual property identified as CSS property were independently developed by Alicia Conner and CSS based on her professional career experience, original research, public information, personal observations, and creative work.

CSS does not use, reference, incorporate, or rely upon any confidential information, internal documents, proprietary materials, member data, organizational tools, or restricted communications of any sorority or sorority governing body in the creation, marketing, sale, or operation of its products and services.

1.8. LICENSE TO USE THE SITE

CSS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial career development. This license does not include:

  • Resale or commercial use of the Site or any CSS content

  • Collection of any data from the Site (e.g., scraping, mining, harvesting)

  • Any derivative use of the Site or CSS content

  • Use of CSS content in any AI tool, machine learning system, or automated content generator

  • Framing or mirroring of the Site without express permission

1.9. USER CONDUCT AND PROHIBITED USES

You agree to use the Site lawfully and respectfully. You may not:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates federal, state, or local law

  • Impersonate CSS, its founders, or any other person or entity

  • Harass, threaten, defame, or harm any other user

  • Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to CSS systems, accounts, or networks

  • Use the Site to send unsolicited commercial communications

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Site

  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest content from the Site

  • Engage in any conduct that interferes with the operation of the Site

1.10. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

If you submit any content to CSS (testimonials, comments, photos, social media posts tagged @CorporateSororitySister, community posts, etc.) (collectively, "User Content"), you grant CSS a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display the User Content in connection with CSS marketing, content, and business purposes.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights to the User Content you submit

  • Your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights

  • Your User Content is not defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful

CSS reserves the right to remove any User Content at its sole discretion.

1.11. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by CSS. CSS is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or operation of any third-party site. You access third-party links at your own risk.

1.12. DISCLAIMERS

THE SITE AND ALL CSS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

CSS does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. CSS makes no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of CSS content, and your reliance on it is at your own risk. 1.13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CSS, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY CSS CONTENT, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOST PROFITS, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY, OR DATA.

CSS'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SITE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID CSS IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

1.14. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CSS and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

1.15. TERMINATION

CSS may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site immediately ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, AI content protection, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) will survive.

1.16. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, conducted in Washington County, Arkansas, or remotely at the arbitrator's discretion.

YOU AGREE TO RESOLVE DISPUTES WITH CSS ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO BRING CLAIMS AS A CLASS ACTION, CONSOLIDATED ACTION, COLLECTIVE ACTION, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

1.17. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

CSS may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge all fees incurred.

No Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES. This includes:

  • Digital courses and products (once access is granted)

  • One-on-one coaching sessions (once scheduled)

  • Membership fees

  • Workshop registrations

  • Digital downloads

By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Future Payment Plans

We may offer payment plans or installment options for certain products in the future. If you enroll in a payment plan, you agree to pay all scheduled installments. Failure to complete payments may result in loss of access to products or services.

Subscription Services

For membership or subscription-based services (when available):

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled

  • You are responsible for cancelling your subscription before the next billing cycle

  • Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period

  • Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current paid period

Cancellation and Scheduling

Service Cancellations

Currently, we do not have a formal cancellation policy for scheduled services. We reserve the right to implement cancellation and rescheduling policies in the future. Any such policies will be communicated at the time of scheduling.

Our Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to illness, emergencies, or technical difficulties. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule at a mutually convenient time.

User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of CSS or others

  • Transmit harmful code, viruses, or malicious software

  • Harass, abuse, or harm CSS staff or other users

  • Use our services for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

  • Impersonate CSS or any person or entity

  • Share your account access with others

Disclaimer of Warranties

CSS SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • Our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free

  • Results from using our services will meet your expectations

  • Any errors or defects will be corrected

  • Our website or servers are free from viruses or harmful components

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CSS, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities

  • Career outcomes, job placement, or salary results

  • Damages arising from your use or inability to use our services

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO CSS IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CSS, its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

  • Your use of our services

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your violation of any rights of another party

  • Your submission of content or materials

Third-Party Links and Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of service of any third-party sites. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

Modifications to Services and Terms

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolutionƒ

  2. Binding Arbitration: If informal negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, conducted in Arkansas

Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes with CSS on an individual basis only. You waive any right to bring claims as a class action, consolidated action, or representative action.

Jurisdiction and Venue

For any matters not subject to arbitration, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Arkansas.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and any other legal notices or agreements published on our website, constitute the entire agreement between you and CSS regarding your use of our services.
