Which are the SAME fears I had when I graduated years ago. I wasn’t on Exec, but I knew I had experience from my chapter, I just didn’t know how to talk about it.
So, I made it my personal mission to build a tool that solves this problem.
I knew, with 20 years experience climbing the corporate ladder + 15 years experience mentoring sorority members, this confidence gap isn’t an experience problem, it’s a language problem.

Hey Sis, I’m Alicia!
I'm Alicia, founder of Corporate Sorority Sister, and I live at the most sparkly intersection there is: corporate ladder climber and sorority advisor.
I lead in boardrooms where million dollar negotiations happen, and I develop leaders in a chapter room where they are learning the foundation of those exact same skills.
A few years into advising, I noticed that really strong leaders were struggling to find jobs. I had watched these women lead and grow, so why was is hard for them to land a job? I asked for a resume… and there it was. Fortune 500 experience described like a hobby, described like a high school girls club.
That didn’t sit well with me.
So I built Corporate Sorority Sister to teach sorority members that the value is already in their experience. They just have to change the way they talk about it, which I am genuinely good at, because I speak both languages. I know what leadership looks like inside the corporate world, and I know what it takes to lead inside a sorority.
My faith shapes the deeper conviction underneath all of it. Every member was created with purpose and real value, and she should never have to shrink to be taken seriously.
I have ADHD. I like my coffee hot, never iced. I am a morning person, and I could absolutely get hooked on HGTV if my two kids would ever hand over the remote. I believe in bright colors, fun patterns, and that being your authentic self is a gift to the world.
