Integrity is a core value at Corporate Sorority Sister, so this page tells you plainly how we use artificial intelligence. The technology will keep changing. This promise won't.
The short version: we use AI as a tool, both in resources you interact with directly and behind the scenes in how we work. Everything real stays real. Every fact, story, and result you see from the brand is true, and a human is accountable for all of it.
Applies to all Corporate Sorority Sister websites, tools, products, and content.
1. When you're talking to AI, you'll know
Some of our tools and resources are powered by AI, meaning the responses you receive are generated by software, not typed by a person. Wherever that's the case, we say so clearly, right where the interaction happens. And if you ever ask one of our AI-powered tools whether it's AI, it will tell you plainly: yes (that’s in the code DNA)
2. Our AI ethics rules
Every AI-powered experience we offer follows the same standards, no matter what the tool is called or what technology runs underneath it:
You stay in control. AI output is a draft and a starting point. You review it, you adjust it, and you approve it before it represents you anywhere.
Honesty about limits. AI can make mistakes. We encourage you to double-check anything important, and we never present AI output as guaranteed or infallible.
Truth over polish. Our tools are built never to invent facts, numbers, stories, credentials, or results for you. Real information, honest estimates you can defend out loud, or a clearly marked blank.
No false guarantees. No tool of ours will promise you a job, an interview, a salary, or a specific outcome. Nobody honest can.
Stay in our lane. Our tools provide career education and coaching support, that’s it.
3. How we use AI behind the scenes
Transparency goes both ways, so here's our side of the counter. We use AI as a working tool in building and maintaining our products, and in drafting and editing of our content and business materials. Two rules govern all of it:
A human decides. AI drafts and a human approves everything before published.
What is never AI: All of Alicia’s lived experience and her own stories are hers. Members that she’s worked with, examples she uses, or testimonials come from real people, never generated. Published workshop statistics come from documented sources.
4. Your information
When you use an AI-powered tool of ours, the content you submit is processed by trusted third-party AI providers and we don’t sell your information, Follow smart AI habits.
Processing by Anthropic. Career Studio Suite is hosted on Cloudflare. As part of routing and serving requests, Cloudflare records standard request metadata, including IP address, approximate geographic location, timezone, and timestamp. These logs are retained by Cloudflare for three days and are not exported to any third party. They do not contain the content of your conversation. CSS does not use this data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond operating and securing the tools.
Local storage. Career Studio conversation history is stored locally in your browser on your own device. CSS does not maintain copies of your Career Studio conversations on CSS servers.
Usage limits. CSS uses network-level identifiers (such as IP address) to enforce daily usage limits on the Career Studios. These counters are used for rate limiting and abuse prevention only.
Sensitive information. Do not submit Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, financial account information, passwords, or health information to any Career Studio. CSS is not responsible for sensitive information you voluntarily submit.
Accuracy. AI-generated output may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing all Career Studio output before relying on it or submitting it to any third party.
5. A human is accountable
AI is a tool in this community and space, not a decision-maker and not a scapegoat. If a tool is sells, says or publishes something wrong or concerning, that’s ours to fix. Please tell us at: CorporateSororitySister@gmail.com.
6. This page grows with the technology
AI and the laws around it are moving fast. When we add new AI-powered experiences or meaningfully change how we use AI, this page and its date will be updated. The tools may evolve but the AI transparency policy doesn’t.
